General Info

Erica has been strengthening individuals and families in WNY since 1998. Erica approaches her treatment from the mind/body/spirit connection. She enjoys helping individuals and families to identify their strengths and then uses those strengths to help them overcome their struggles and heal. Erica has extensive experience in Transactional Analysis, Schema Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt, Existentialism and Mindfulness to provide counseling for anxiety, depression, parenting and co-parenting issues, post-traumatic stress disorder, grief & loss, stress management, anger management, domestic violence, abuse and neglect. In 2010, Erica was recognized for conducting an international interview on grief & loss which continues to air on television networks. Erica is a participating provider with most insurance companies and she has flexible availability including evening hours.
