Did they move or go out of business? The store is empty & cannot reach them by phone. What a shame if that's the case. These people were the best!

I have an older computer and was having trouble sending an email to a group of people. Rob was hugely helpful and stayed with me by computer until my problem was rectified and I had successfully sent my message. I have used Affordable computer technologies of hamburg NY on many occasions. I have found them to be every knowledgable on all aspects of fixing computers. I have brought my home and work computers to them with great results each time. My computers where running very slow and they found the problems within a short time and corrected them. It was found that my kids had but Limewire on the home computer and this was a major problem causing many viruses and running slow. affordable computer fixed all the problems and my computers are still running fine. I really like talking to the reps. I can call at all times day or night with a problem and reach a rep who has walked me through the problems that I might have.

Came to my house and setup my wireless RoadRunner after Time Warner said they didn't know what was wrong! Also was able to speed up both of my computers without any upgrades. They do a great job and difinitely are "Affordable". I would recomend them to family and friends.
