Do not use Roma Tile. I had owner come out to bid a bathroom remodel, missed first appointment and then did not send bid until 10 days later when I called, it was incomplete and too high so I decided to contract the job myself but had picked out tile there. Went there on Tuesday afternoon and let them know, she called the distributor and they had it in stock in Dallas so she said I would have it Thursday at the very latest Friday as all they had to do was pick it up. I called back Wednesday morning at 8:30am and ordered the tile and gave them my credit card information which was charged. Friday came and they had an excuse that their truck broke down and when I offered to go pick it up they said customers can't pick it up! Of course they are closed on the weekend. Monday they promise it early in the afternoon delivered to my home instead of their business on 121 at Haltom Road. I get a call from the owner Randy at 1:30pm and new excuse he is short handed two guys! When I insist I need it today he said he would get it to me by the end of the day. I call at 4:30, he said it is on the truck on the way to his business and he will personally deliver it that evening as soon as it gets there but could not give me a time. At 7:00pm I call him and he hangs up, I call right back and he picks up and claims "Daniel" should have already been there an hour ago and he would call and check and call back, well by 8:00pm no return call so I gave up, txt him about all his lies I think he cannot keep up with all the lies he tells everyone so he gets his stories all jumbled up, he just said he would refund my money! Of course here I am with the bathroom gutted and no tile. I got on line that night and found it at Arizona Tile north of the airport, got there at 8:45am and they got it for me no problem and I was headed home by 9:30 with the tile.
