This is my first order with Lonestar Bar B Que.Their spot doesn't stand out so my original reason for going was to use my entertainment book coupon.I saw a few consistent reviews on different sites that recommended the ribs so my husband & I went for it & wow were they good.We have eaten many ribs from many barbque places in texas & I must say these are easily the best.They had a rich smoke flavor with a deep carmelized coating.The texture was a mixture of slow cooked with a bite to it (I am not a big fan of too soft meat) this meat has a good balance of ease that fall off the boners like with a flavorful extra chewy bite for those like me that don't like baby food texture & prefer to chew their bites before swallowing.Don't add the barbque sauce they provide for these ribs because the ribs are excellent by themselves & I felt adding the mediocre babque sauce lessened the taste bud experience.Beans are not all that but the roll,broccoli rice & potato salad were great for $9-$10 a plate
