Unless you have major construction that you need done, do NOT call this company. I had what I estimate to be at a minimum $5,000 worth of work and have not heard from the company for over a month. With the economy being what it is, it's sad that you have to BEG people to do work for you! The ONLY reason I gave one star is because I couldn't comment without doing so

Carter Construction is just finishing up remodeling our 49 year old bathroom and it looks awesome. Of equal importance is the integrity and workmanship demonstrated by Scott and those who work for him. He follows all the rules and regulations that come into play in regards to what the job requires from beginning to end as set forth by the industry and by towns and states, to the letter. From the initial estimate and planning stages, to contract discussions, to daily conversations, the man knows and demonstrates in depth knowledge of the construction field. He takes time to explain what is to be done, how and why it needs to be done, explains the costs involved and throughout the process he encourages questions and takes the time to answer them all. My wife and I definitely got our monies worth. Scott is an outstanding contractor and a fine, trustworthy human being. As a former CEO I would hire a man of his character and dedication to his work without reservation. Five Star work!

Scott and his crew added a family room to our home. They provided creative solutions and guided us in the decision we had to make. The project exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend Carter Construction to anyone considering a remodeling project.

Carter Construction did a kitchen remodel and a re-roof job at my home...both projects were completed in a timely manner and I am very pleased with the end results...they are reliable, honest and have excellent workmanship in all phases of construction and remodeling....their rates are reasonable...and they have a lot of good ideas to help you achieve your goal....I would not hesitate to recommend them as a contractor.
