We are very pleased with our experience with Brand Lighting! We were trying to duplicate a floor lamp in our home and found it through Brand Lighting. Our sales associate, Noemi, was incredibly helpful. As we were traveling during the time the lamp would arrive at our door, Noemi made sure that it would be shipped as soon as we came home. Dear Liz, We at Brand Lighting strive to give the best customer service. Everyone here should know to never hang up on a customer. We pick up and hang up the phone always and only with courtesy. I as the manager have never heard of anyone talking rudely on the phone and I have never needed to correct anyone's attitude towards customers. We have been in business for forty years and have never received a complaint in regards to rudeness so this comes as a big surprise. I have talked with everyone at Brand Lighting about this complaint and have made sure it is understood that we treat everyone with the utmost respect from the person that drops off the water to the office to someone like yourself that calls us on the phone. In 2014 I found Brand Lighting to have a wonderful selection to choose from.My initial purchase was backordered but with the able assistance of Noemi and her perserverance I received my order. I worked with Noemi on getting some downlighting for a kitchen renovation. She got responded very quickly to every question and concern. When my lights arrived, I realized I had purchased a color temperature that didn't look good in my kitchen. Noemi went out f her way to contact the manufacturer, get all of my questions answered and find a solution to my problem. This place is amazing. Very competitive prices, great customer service, very responsive, and they go out of their way to advocate for their customers. Highly recommended.
best cust svc experience hands down! I ordered a fixture for a client that arrived broken. Noemi didn't hesitate to arrange to have the replacement glass sent. through no fault of Brand Lighting, the replacement piece arrived broken as well. a third shipment was sent and arrived perfect. Noemi took great care of me and kept me updated on the progress each time. great company, great prices... I will always shop here first!!

This company was referred to me by a friend & I couldn't be happier with the customer service thus far. I had a million questions to ask & they were answered by a kind, knowledgeable person, Raya. After placing the order, i had the builder change a wall, so i frantically emailed to adjust the order. The order was adjusted, and was done so immediately, with no questions asked. It is so refreshing dealing with a company that actually CARES about their customers! I will order ALL lighting from here forward through them!
