Previously, I saw NP Bonnie Herman for my annual appointments and she is wonderful. Once I became pregnant, I began seeing the doctors. Dr. Mcgrinder seemed okay, but Dr. Mondragon is terrible. She is abrasive, rude and does not care about your ideas of how prenatal care, labor and delivery should be. If you ask too many questions, she gets defensive and feels as though you are challenging her. If you want to have a birth plan and a voice in your experience, avoid this practice.

I was really a fan of the doctors, the staff seemed great, it was the first place I went to ever in my life where a receptionis wasn't a total jerk to me.

I needed to transfer back to this office after a long visit in CO and they tell me they can no longer take me because of Insurance. Apparently they don't take just Medicaid and when my mom cant have me on her insurance any more, that's all I will have. This situation wasn't any different from when I was first went there. But all of a sudden this is a problem? I am 26 weeks pregant at this point and now have to find another doctor because they failed to inform me of this from the start. I would have never wasted my time with this place if they would be un able to take my insurance from the start. I am now this far along and have to try to find yet another doctor becaus they were not up front from the beginning.

And they were very eager to drop my case without really looking into anything, even before I had to re-explain the insurance situation.

I'm disgusted with the offices. Thank you for wasting my time and creating an even more stressful situation for a 26 week pregnant woman.

Rediculous.

I love Dr McGrinder...have been going here sev years now, was recommended by the Nurse at the school i work. He is kind, patient, has great bedside manner, and for once I dont' feel uncomfortable with the Dr being a man. I also like Dr Mondragon, have seen her a few times. This is a great practice with very thorough, caring physicians.

Do not go to this practice. Although I found the office staff to be friendly. Overall the doctors/NP were not supportive, did not like to have their interventions questioned, were not patient centered. It is not your birth plan but theirs. Should McGrinder or Stier ever leave this practice I would highly recommend either of them. Dr. Mondragon is extremely unprofessional and rude.

I love the people at this office. They are all nice and helpful. And the doctors are extremely nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone.
