I would recommend this company because they did a good job for me. I appreciated the fact that the appraiser was flexible enough to accommodate my schedule. And I felt comfortable with an appraiser who knew and had experience in my neighborhood. At the house, he appeared to be pretty thorough, yet he finished the work quickly. Also, the lender called that week to say the report was in, which was good timing for my loan.
