Coming from someone who used to work in repossessions their office staff is nasty and rude, and their practices are criminal in nature. NEVER have I worked for a company where they charged for TAGS ONLY! $75 in fact! I will just report them stolen and charge Thomas Recovery with theft because the tags are not personal property they are actually OWNED by the state they are registered in. Giving Repo companies a bad name!!

my truck was repo and when I went to pick it up all my belongings weren't there,I called and talked to several people who finally said go on line to complain. What can I do to get my missing belongings back.K. Ames

I am highly disappointed and wondering how many times my experience has happened to anyone else. I woke up to a missing car and found out that my car had been repossessed by ACCIDENT! It was made apparent to me rather quickly that no one paid attention or double checked the information on my license plate before they came and picked it up. Although they quickly returned the car to me and offered to wash it, I was forced to lose a day of work and was greatly inconvenienced as far as getting my child to school, etc. I strongly believe in double checking your work and it was made clear that this company did not do that at all (especially since the name, vin number, and license plate were all wrong.) I hope that this is not a common error and I definitely recommend checking to make sure that this doesn't happen again.
