He did a good job explaining how he was going to waterproof my basement. I had two other companies come out before him, but Chuck did the best job explaining how he was going to do the job and he had the best price. He was on time everyday and stood late and got it all done in 4 days. He also replaced my sump pump and showed me how to get the money back on my other one that was warrantied.

I had 5 estimates. He was my third one. I called him in the morning and he came out the same evening. He took a good hour to explain to me how he would waterproof my basement. He had the lowest price out of the 4. He didn't rush me he gave me a couple days to decide and call his references. I have a business out of my home I run in my basement. He knew I had to have it all done in 4 days for a big project I had going on. He came in on time worked 8-10 hours each day didnt take a break much at all. Finished on time. Clean worker, kept all promises.
