the units are nice & safe, but it seems EVERY time i go into the office to pay, the manager(ussually a younger blonde) is always out of the office running errands(forcing me to wait for an undetermined amount of time, or leave and come back later), or she sits there & chats on the office phone and/or is texting on her cell, rather than paying attention to me, the customer. if i didnt have to deal with this, it would be a much better facility.
