Personal service at a reasonable price. I always have my childrens vehicles serviced here and have never been disasatisfied with the services received or the amount charged me. I trust them to fix the kids cars right the first time.

Took my car in to have the thermostat fixed and left with a broken water pump. Owner tried to tell me that the water pump was broken when it was brought in. Which it was not. The car never leaked any fluid but only hours after bringing it home the car was leaking puddles! Although he claimed the cars water pump was broken when it was brought in the first time but he decided not to tell me this until the car was returned for them to fix the problems they caused. Thats very convenient. After trying to get him to fix the problems they caused he raised his voice and continued to be very verbally abusive. He continues to refuse to fix the problem. I would not recommend Virginia Avenue Shell to any one.
