I live in this area, and was delighted to find this salon so close to me. I needed a small trim, so, I decided to stop in. As a small business owner myself, important rule, is, the first impression when one walks into the door, results in a repeat customer The lady at the desk smiled, looked behind her at the stylist and asked her if she had time for me...her reply was no...flat out no. There were 3 other stylists in the salon, they were not asked. I felt wonderful when I walked into that salon, but, as I walked out the door, with no apology from anyone that they did not have time etc...I felt , not mad..just sad. Writing this review will get it out of my mind, so I can continue to enjoy the rest of my day. It was 2 in the afternoon, so, it was not closing time. It was just, no trim for you...sad but true. Shame on you Shear Image, that is not good business practice...and I will repeat this occurrence to all I know, which is many, sincerely, Linda Caricofe

I was in need of professional hair care. I called this salon and was able to schedule an appointment at my earliest convenience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. They made me feel at ease with the relaxing atmosphere. I was extremely pleased with the quality of work for such a reasonable price. I would certainly recommend this salon to anyone searching for a new place to try. Great location and plenty or parking!
