Chris really helped me out! My keyboard stopped working and within a few hours, Chris was able to figure out what was wrong and replace a key that had fallen off for only $5. The people were very friendly, helpful and honest, and service was quick. Would highly recommend!

If I could give this place negative stars i would. By far the worst customer service ever! Mr thug wanted $70 for a simple estimate to fix my phone and claimed it was for insurance purposes. What a joke save yourself the time and stay away go to a reputable apple store and not mr techniques tattoo and cell phone store. One last thing, either they have a skunk infestation or someone was smoking something in the store that wasnt an e cigarette or a Marlboro.
