I recently dealt with Mt. City Cabinets. They can be as turnkey as you would like. I had been searching for a 48" vanity cabinet and required a custom unit due to layout constraints. The quotes I obtained just for the cabinet ranged from $800 to $1100. I saved several hundred dollars going through Mt. City Cabinets and received a quality cabinet and granite top around the same price the large box stores wanted to charge just for the vanity.
