Johns Hopkins Community Physicians, also known as JHCP, is a health care organization that offers a range of medical services. The organization operates more than 15 medical centers throughout Maryland. It provides services in the areas of internal medicine, family practice, pediatrics, gynecology and obstetrics. The organization s center maintains orthopedics, otolaryngology, plastic surgery, radiology, ophthalmology and rheumatology divisions. It owns and operates the East Baltimore Medical Center, Johns Hopkins Community Physicians at Annapolis and Johns Hopkins Community Physicians at Wyman Park. The organization accepts various insurance plans, such as the US Family Health Plan, Medicare and UnitedHealthcare. Johns Hopkins Community Physicians is a part of Johns Hopkins Medicine, which was founded in 1889.
