Loved this at first. However we were VERY unhappy the last 3 times so we stayed away for 4 months. We took our 2 Grandsons there Thur. And the food and service was HORRIBLE. We will never go back. We are retired and went there 2-3 times a week. Sorry you have gone so far down hill because we enjoyed going there. I hope you can turn things around.

This diner started off OK, but has quickly gone greatly downhill since their opening!!! Cold food, lousy service, charged for items not ordered, double-charged for items that were ordered, servers with bad attitudes and not receiving all of the stated menu items and on and on!!! STAY AWAY!!! Imagine ordering 2 carry-out dinners and upon getting to your destination, you find out that your French-Fries are now a sweet-potato, you didn't get your kernel-corn, broccoli or dinner rolls, no butter, your hamburger steak is cold and the chaos and mayhem you had to endure from the server was unbelievable!!! And, this is NOT the first time these events have happened!!! I have very clearly and specifically related to the server that I am placing 2 separate orders and I want to have 2 separate checks!!! How hard is that??? So, they give me 1 check with both orders on it to be charged to one card!!! NO!!! THAT IS NOT WHAT I HAD SAID I HAD WANTED!!! >>> IDIOTS!!! MORONS!!! IMBECILES!!! <<<

Visited on Jan. 19 for lunch and wasn't too busy for a holiday. Attentive server, guest sat beside were lovely. Food was good and plentiful but not hot enough. Would visit again, definitely worth a second try! And they're open 24/7--sounds like great hangover spot....finally Hagerstown!

Ate here for the first time. Service is great. My husband had a Reuben and fries and coleslaw. I had a Gyro with fries and coleslaw. Both sandwiches were very good. I don't care for seasoned fries but my husband loves them. Our only real complaint and the reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is they are seriously way over the top with heavy mayo! Have got to cut back on that for sure. Place was very clean.

The wait is very long and the hostess ignore you... The food is OK but it isn't that great. The prices are reasonable but everything is downhill

My dinner 1/15/15 was excellent, turkey tender and dressing like home made recommend this restaurant, clean, waitresses more than helpful

I went there for Lunch on Sunday January 4, 2015 the service was out standing. I got the turkey dinner and it had no taste and turkey was so tough you had to cut it with a steak knife so I was not at all impressed. I did get a piece of there apple pie and it was great. I hope they improve before its to late

Ok, this is a new place. New as in this review is on the second day they were open! If you are looking for a great family diner, here it is. The service is impressive, especially if you have Chaz as your server. The menu options are outstanding and you should have little difficulty finding something for everybody. The prices are very reasonable, my meal costing about $10.00, yet it is a complete meal and filling. I HIGHLY recommend you stop in if you are in the Hagerstown area.
