Randy and Mark are my HEROES !!



My elderly mother spends 6 months in Hagerstown, MD during the summer - and 6 months in south Florida with me during the winter. For the record - I always have her car serviced at Grease Monkey before she leaves and as soon as she gets back - but - they just went way above and beyond their job descriptions today !! Mother called me this morning to say the air conditioner in her car quit working - so I immediately called Randy and asked him if he could check it out since she doesn't live far from the shop. To make a long story short - Mark drove over to her house and found the air conditioner was working fine - unfortunately, she was pushing buttons in the wrong order to turn it off and on :-( Thankfully, Mark wrote the directions on a sticky and taped them to the dash - along with his personal cell phone number and told her to feel free to call him if she has any future problems ! These guys are awesome - don't know what I'd do with out them !!
