The Law Office of Carl W. Disque, P.C. has been serving Hagerstown area clients for over 25 years, and prides itself on the prompt and cost-efficient delivery of a wide range of legal services within the general practice of law. Available services include separation agreements, divorce and child custody disputes, civil trial representation, personal injury/ auto accident claims, small business incorporation and advice, and the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, and advance directives, to name but a few. Mr. Disque is a graduate of the University of Virginia, and of the Washington and Lee University School of Law. Mr. Disque is proud of his civic volunteerism, including past and current service on numerous non-profit boards and with the City of Hagerstown. Indicative of his strong connection with the musical arts, Mr. Disque is also the Founder/ Volunteer Event Chair of Hagerstown's annual Western Maryland Blues Fest.
