They sold me carpet that looks like it has stains all over it. I researched it and it is called watermarking ,pooling, or puddling. I've tried everything possible to get them to replace it but once they get your money, they completely ignore your complaints and there is no way to force them to do the right thing. So for your sake, do not hire them
