mantience is amazing! the grounds are really well kept, spacious apts in brandywine. the neighborhood over the yrs have become more ghetto, as far as the people moving in. kids roam the neighborhood at night and break the play ground eqpt. we have lived here for 3 yrs and every yr they raise our rent but they lower their prices on their website, living in a secured building is nice. but collage kids always move in and give the passcode out to all their friends. we can hear the people above us. parking is good. the front office seems to lose important papers as far as your renewing rent or not. seems like they throw a hissy fit when you try to leave when your lease is over. they don't communicate to eachother about pymt of rent if you called in advance about paying it late.
