Hagerstown Junior-Senior High School is an educational institution that offers a variety of academic and extracurricular programs for students in grades 7 through 12. It provides classes in art, agriculture science, English, instrumental music, physical education, and family and consumer sciences. Hagerstown Junior-Senior High School also imparts instruction in computer technology, business education, mathematics, science, social studies and foreign languages. It offers assistance with a range of federal and state scholarship applications for eligible students. The school organizes various recreational and social activities, as well as athletic camps and tournaments, such as basketball, cheerleading, golf, soccer, tennis, cross-country, and track and field.
