General Info

Dr. Stemmer was born in Chile, raised in Israel, and now resides with his family in Cherry Hill New Jersey. After earning a BS and MS in Bio-engineering from Columbia University and working as a Senior Research Engineer, he went to graduate from Hebrew University Medical School in Jerusalem. His medical training continued with a residency in OB/GYN at Memorial University Medical Center affiliated with the Medical College of Georgia. He then completed a fellowship in pelvic reconstruction. Dr. Stemmer is Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. He serves as an Assistant Professor in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Jefferson Medical College, and has presented and published many scientific papers.
