For more than 25 years my primary professional focus has been residential real estate appraisal in the Southern New Jersey market. I hold the prestigious SRA designation of the Appraisal Institute. Analogous to having a CPA in accounting, the SRA designation is the highest regarded professional designation a residential appraiser can achieve. I am well experienced in providing my clients top quality fully documented and well supported real estate appraisals for the following uses: Divorce, tax appeal, ERC relocation, to settle estates, REO foreclosure, and to list and sell a residential property.
