I've been in the IT profession for over 20 years with a degree in Computer Science and Business. Technology constantly changes so I am constantly taking classes and searching for and learning new technology. I also like teaching technology and became the lead instructor in a technology school. Being a Microsoft Certified Trainer I can relate IT Technology to the average person. I've also co-authored a VoIP book so I know a thing or two about phone systems.
