On January 1st 2012 Riverside Health and Fitness will be opening our new state of the art aerobics studio. Our new Aerobics studio is filled with high end features including new kettlebells, new dumbbells, new mats, TRX cables and a sophisticated low impact flooring systems and much more. Our classes we offer are unique and challenging. We have a long and consistent record of providing safe encouraging classes based on your fitness abilities. Our classes are fun and the energy level consistently keeps are members on their toes. Ask our members why they feel are instructors offer the best classes. The CardioSync Theater blends the perfect balance of technology surrounded by a beautiful scenic setting. Our 35 piece Cardio Theater comes complete with six, 42" LCD flat screen TVs and an additional rest room for your convenience. Riverside has over 22 Star Trac treadmills on two floors, including 5 brand new treadmills complete with 15" LCD flat screen TVs and with iPod Hook-Ups. We also offer over 15 state-of-the-art Elliptical machines including the area's first seated full body Elliptical by Octane.
