This is the worst building in the world. The owners are hedge fund guys that only care about money, not people. My apartment had a leak in the ceiling for 2 years with black mold. Parking garage construction ruined the paint on my car. When I complained, they harassed me until I decided to move out. Then they kept my security deposit and now I have to hire an attorney to get the money back.
