Don't go to this school hair salon at all.
They did a big mess on me.
I was blond and I'm turning dark blond so I had blond color in the points. I lost my old color and I wanted uniform my hair with HightLights. But the learning teacher told me if you do the color it will be cheaper.
You can't do hightlight because you have 2 colors on your hair. And it can be good just with color. I never put color on my hair. The learning teacher gave the instrution to the student and she did what she told her.
I said ok, because she knows her job better than me and it's why I came there to fix my hair. I don't know what she did but the result it's not what I want.
I turn redheaded on the top of my head and blond on the points(it was good for this part). The top didn't match with my skin. I was divested. One day After I came back and I asked for correction because she had to do different color on the top and the points. They said you have to pay $10 for each application, you signed a paper that says they're not responsible if something happen because it's school.
She did a mistake and I have to pay, I paid $100+$70 wow!
Now I'm yellow canary because they did highlights and it doesn't work.
All the teachers didn't find the solution,super!
If the teachers (3) can't correct this mess who can do it? The Students? I think it's better to pay a little bite more. If I go to the hair salon and they do a mistake, they can fix it or I don't pay the salon but with them you have to know if there is something wrong on your hair you have to pay the correction or find another salon. They said if I'm not satisfated I can go to another salon. I spent my time (9 am to 4pm two times), my money because I have 2 girls (I had to the daycare and Babysitter) and my health. I can sleep, I can meet people because I'm ashamed of my hair.
I'm divastated, I'm trying to change this color (washing my hair many times, I tried to do a dark blond in pieces of my hair) nothing work.
I don't want go to the salon because it's no good for the hair and I don't be in the big mess!!!!
I should wait 1 or 2 weeks and see what gonna happen.
They left me with incompliched work with 2 colors on my head because it was time for them to go home!!!!
They said I should come back another day for correction and pay $40 more to fix it and it's not garanted.
It's crazy:(
I was thinking to be a student in this school, but now I don't want learn with them because they're not strong enough and they're not professional and they're incompetent.

I have been going here since about 2004. I was never dissatisfied. I always get compliments on my cut (pixie) and color, and the price is $30 for the whole kittenkaboddle. There are enough teachers working so I never worry about a trainee cutting or coloring. It takes about 2 to 2-1/2 for the whole procedure, because as almost graduated students make sure they are being supervised and take their time. If you are in a hurry don't go.

I liked it here. The trick to leaving happy is get basic things done. I got my hair washed and blow dried and a mani/pedi. The girl Kara was nice
