The anonymous review on this page is a distorted view from a confused pet owner. Her money was fully refunded even though the groomer clearly explained that her dog would not look good in the haircut she requested. If you bring a yorkie in and ask for a poodle haircut, we will attempt to help a client understand what would look best on their dog. If a client insists on us giving their dog a haircut that is not suitable for their dogs size,texture of hair or breed in general, we always try to accommodate. We have Between 10 and 30 clients per day for over 25 years and although we please most, There's always going to be one that you simply cannot please. This client was not charged a fee and was offered a free future groom also. As far as kimberly leaving the store, well I do believe that im allowed to go to lunch.

I went here take my yorkie for grooming. I went by the reviews that were here amd other places. Big mistake! I showed her a picture of what I wanted my dog to look like. Asked specificly to leave a U shaped round face on him. Advised that I didnt want him looking like a dog that was there, she said that the owner of that dog liked the short hair in the face. I asked to please please make sure my dog didnt look like that. She instead cut his hair exactly like the dog that was there. My dogs face looks so bad, it makes me cry. His hair is so uneven that you would think a child was playing with scissors. To top it all her dad called her because she was not there when I went to pick him up and she tells me she felt he needed a bigger trim. And that she was sorry I didnt like it. Never admitting to her mistake. I instead paid 40 dollars for the mess and the promise of a discount when I came again. As if I am left with any desire for ever stepping foot in that place again. Im very dissappointed about her lack of professionalism and how she completely messed up my dogs face. Im sure she writes all these good reviews herself I would not be surprised that she will come in here and answer at me like she was another client. So so sad! 1 star because there is no lower rating!

Kimberly's Pampered Pets is the only place I will go for my 2 1/2 year old cockapoo's grooming! Kim and her staff are absolutely amazing!

This establishment is well worth looking into..we took our long haired cat Zoe to be groomed and absolutely LOVED the Lion Cut they gave her...this is a great cut for long hair cats that have a problem with matting and 'giving up' their hair balls.. the cut is beautiful..she never had a problem with hair balls after this type of cut..nor did she ever show an ounce of anxiety going to this groomer...Zoe has since passed..but I felt the need to recommend this wonderful shop...

no one will ever come close to the love and care she gives while making your pet gorgeous again,,,,she is the only one around with a talent for persian cats!!!i will travel where ever she is!!

Kim takes wonderful care of your pets. She is the only one we've found in 5 years that knows how to groom a Springer. She has also groomed my daughter's cat. I would recommend Kim and this shop to anyone.

Most people don't know how to groom certain breeds...Kim is right on target. Both Fernando and Kim are very friendly and provide the very best care and quality...They know their business!! I can't say enough good things about them...
