1. Loaded everything, told me to hand over 8K cash or they were keeping my stuff (mind you I already paid them 5K)
2. Does not keep inventory
3. Threatening (esp since I was a single female, they would surround me and demand more money) - it was literally terrifying.
4. Damaged over 40K worth of furniture, then their claims department offers me a settlement of $138, they are a total scam.

Our personal furniture was treated carelessly, bike tires were switched-out, and our loss of approximately $3000 was never compensated. We were not allowed to take out insurance on the day our items were placed into the truck, even though we tireless asked to do so. It was very difficult to contact anyone once our items were on the road, and we went through a time when we wondered if we would ever see our furniture again. The truck that traveled from PA to CA was in poor condition. If you do use Fragile Movers, be sure to take out insurance BEFORE the movers arrive, but be advised that claims take 120 days to process, and we recommend you research if claims are subject to opinion.

Our sales rep did a great job explaining the procedure, and the crew that came to our home wrapped all of our items with great care.
