We choose the moving option including packing all our possessions and this was particularly important for us as my wife was heavily pregnant, I had to work on the day of the move and we were also trying to avoid any hassle. We were pretty concerned about the move, but we needn't have been. To top it all off, the team who did the packing and moving were a really nice bunch of guys for whom nothing was too much trouble. We were moving from a 3 bed flat to a 4 bed house. We had underestimated the time to do the move and it took a good few hours from the initial estimate, especially as a few of the furniture had to be dismantled and as this was a first move for us, we were not aware it had to be done. They were gracious and professional from the start and we cannot speak enough of the foreman who was the more experienced. He was extremely patient to say the least and at the same time kept his pace to ensure absolutely no time was lost. The house we were moving into had some challenging angles to get some of the furniture in, but he (foreman) with his smart thinking and untiring efforts made it look like an easy job and managed to get all of it in. All in all, I certainly would have no reservations in recommending American quality movers - they were excellent.

I should start off with saying this was my first time moving from states. I was pleased with the work of American quality movers. Their customer service was a big help, they kept me updated and informed on my move from the very beginning to end which was actually really professional cause I was a bit nervous looking at the volume of the shift involved. The shift went as per plan; we fixed the pickup for next week. The company did call me on Saturday to confirm if we were going to make the move. After the confirmation the next call I received was on the day we were supposed to move. The call was to inform me that the truck and packers were heading to my place to commence the work. The truck drove in on time or precisely 7 minutes late. This was a good first impression from my point of view. What followed was even better; the packers wrapped all out glass utensils individually in bubble plastic and placed them in boxes in a manner to avoid damage. I cannot recommend highly enough. Jordan and 3 other movers from American quality movers arrived at 8.00am sharp as arranged. They were friendly, helpful and efficient. These guys do not hang around and expertly cleared a large 4-bed room house and my Dental Clinic which was attached with my house. I was much worried about the Clinic portion, as you know in a Dental Clinic the medical equipments are very sophisticated and expensive. But they handle those very carefully and the packing was so good and also dismantled and re-assembled a number of tricky/delicate items with no problems. It was a complicated multi-location moving (In my new place my house and clinic are on the different street) which they handled superbly. Really 1st class - I will be hiring them again.

American Quality Movers were fabulous and fully professional. Their price was also reasonable. They gave me a fixed rate which was reasonable in comparison with other companies. Within short notice, they agreed and came to load my valuables. Moreover I did some mistake. I mentioned my wrong address in the form. After all this happened, they still showed up on time and involved in packing until all works got finished. They were super fast. Ive never seen any mover working so quickly and efficiently like they did. Though its rare to be exceptionally satisfied with move but I had no objection and of course I am not going to move any other mover except them.

It was an inter-state move but my experience with American quality movers was fabulous. I can only say that these guys are professionals; they are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. My brother has recently used this company and he was completely satisfied with all they had to offer. So, he recommended them to me. On the moving day, the foreman and two workers came to my house and wrapped and loaded everything I had in the house. I had a big closet full of things, also bed, two sofas, a table and some chairs and everything stayed intact. They were so careful that nothing got damaged or broken. For the things from the closet, I got a large box which I did not have to pay, just to return back which was fantastic. When we reached my new home, the guys unloaded everything and arranged the furniture where I wanted and according to my instructions. If I need to move again, I will be using American quality movers for sure. 100% recommended!
