Very Poor Service..I got my taxes filed from them.. they did not file my taxes until i checked with them about the Refund. i.e, after a month. they wouldnt have filed if i hadn't called them.Also i was told Refund amount would be 3800, but without informing about missing information in w2 they filed my taxes and i only get 1800 now..as they already e-filed my taxes without even informing me about the change in the refund amount, i dont have a choice to get it filed from others...avoid them.
