Kevin London, All Around Improvement Construction, accepted money to start a project at my home.After receiving the deposit, Kevin London never returned to start the job. Through contact via rambling emails,Kevin London gave excuses for not returning the money. Some excuses were: family emergency, hot weather, recession, long work days, his overdrawn bank account. The excuses continued. I reported Kevin London's scam to the BBB. They have posted a negative rating as a result of my complaint. I will pursue other media to alert consumers of his theft of my deposit. I checked his License #. It is not registered with MHIC. Beware of Kevin London.
