Dr. Chris F. Hugo is a highly unethical and incompetent medical practitioner. (I will not use the words "doctor" or "physician" to describe him.) Bed side manner is abhorrent (actually, it's entirely absent.) His manner is rude, condescending, and arrogant. Responses were flippant and indicated that he either has no ability to accurately take in and seriously consider patient information or does not care enough to pay attention. You will regret an appointment with this "doctor".
