I never bought or pawned here but I took an item in trying to pawn but he didn't take the item at and I was in a financial situation and really needed the money he must have noticed because he gave me $20 with out pawning anything it was a blessing to my family and I was more the great full and with being treated so poorly and disrespected at heather's pawn loans I'm just thankful for the service

Terry was very rude to me as i was searching for a gun for my husband. Just because i was a woman i do believe! I know nothing about guns and i was referred to him to help me.. Needless to say i left in tears and completely humiliated in front of 5 other men!!! I had $1000 to get my husband the best!! Thanks to Heather's pawn shop, my husband is going to be very happy with his birthday gun!
