Butler Amusements, founded in 1970, is one of the largest carnival companies in the western United States, providing carnivals for more than 100 events each year. It provides a variety of rides, attractions, games and food for fairs, celebrations, festivals and fund-raising events. Butler operates more than 120 amusement rides in six different western states including California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada and Arizona as well as Canada. Its events include more than 40 major fairs and festivals as well as smaller celebrations in churches and shopping centers. Various games offered by the company range from water races to balloon dart, bank a ball to duck pond, buoy pitch to rope ladder, basketball to hi-striker. Butler Amusements is recognized with the Circle of Excellence Designation by the Outdoor Amusement Business Association. It is headquartered in Fairfield, Calif.
