Feel great. Staff is very supportive lost 7 lbs so far excited to continue.
They do a really good job. They check your blood work, track your weight and measurements along with giving you suggestions on what you may be doing wrong. If you can't afford them that month, they will still do weigh ins which are very helpful.

I love this place. I have had great success with the help and guidance of the staff. If you are looking for a "magic pill" you won't find it here or anywhere, you have to do the work but the staff will give you all the tools you need to make the lifestyle changes needed to keep all the weight off. I started the program in March and today I am down 38 lbs. I recommend this place to anyone who is serious about getting healthy.
