Just in case they change by rating again, I'm going to put it in here. I rated it 2 stars, it was changed to 4, so now I'm going with 1 star.

For the most part reliability is ok. It gets really slow at night sometimes, and overall the speed is nothing compared to a good cable connection. For the price I'm paying, you should be able to get a better cable connection, but if speed isn't a problem, then this service should be fine for you.

I recently switched to G link system from Cable One, because cable was really slow and doesn't even work some days and they charge extra for over usage! G link was cheaper, even for a higher speed package that I had with cable one and doesn't charge extra. So far, g link has been very reliable and fast. Customer service is very helpful too. highly recommend this service!
