Unprofessional, and incompetent. The owner of this company should be ashamed of the staff they employ. I've dealt with many hood cleaners in the past, and this one tops the list of the worst. The cleaning crew didn't even know they were supposed to go to the roof to clean the exhaust system! I guess they keep the Fire Dept. busy. Only gave one star because that is the minimum alowed, should be a zero.
