CSL has some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with!!!! I have donated for over a year at another plasma center and loved the experience and the people. I have heard some horrible stories about CSL but never really thought twice abou it. I have heard of people beinh deferred because they asked for a specific phlebotomist to stick them!!! WOW!!! Why should we allow someone to mess our veins up because they dont know or care about their job or the people that come in? Well last week (Monday) i went in and they dug the crap out of both my veins!!!! Oh keep the ice pack on you won't bruise they say!! Well of course what happens?? I bruise in both arms and only received one ice pack... Well i got into a fight Thursday and ended up having a black eye... Didn't think it would be an issue went back to this place on Sunday and the blonde headed girl (the one that always has an attitude) tells me oh you cant donate because that was traumatic to your head you have to wait until it turns yellow and green... Ok no problem... My bruise is ALMOST gone on Thursday. So i went in and the black nurse said it would have to be completely healed!!! So i told her what i was told and she said no one would over ride her because she's the NURSE!!!! Well first off I am NOT white!!! I am considered yellow!!!! And if you would of taken time to come a little closer and look you would of realized that in all actuality the shit was turning yellow!!! These people are rude are lazy and use the "power of authority". Also why is their parking so shitty?!?!? They don't tell anyone that they can park anywhere else. But found out that they "pay for parking" at Days Inn. I think CSL needs better people better procedure better parking... Just be better all the way around!!! If I didn't need the extra cash I definitely would not come back!!! I am going to write biolife and see if i can get one down here!!! So just be careful coming to these people

I've been a donor for almost a year & my vein has never been butchered like it was on Tues(9/27/16).A new phlebotomist kept going in,out & side to side w/ the needle!After all the pain,she couldn't even finish.Chase had to finish for her.She left a bruise on my arm due to mistreatment of my vein.
Now it's Saturday,the next day I'm scheduled to donate.They tell me I can't donate because of the bruise on my arm that they did!The nurse wasn't sympathetic at all & was even talking to me w/ attitude.I asked her for some kind of compensation for this huge inconvenience & she laughed.Not even an express pass or nothing.Her customer service skills suck!
I asked if I can come back tomorrow & they said no because I have to wait til bruise clears up.So because of their f*@k up,I lose out on my $45!
From now on,I'll be selecting the phlebotomist who sticks me so this won't happen again.I'm posting this so management & other donors see this & realize that we,as donors,get punished for CSL's errors.

This is a grear way to earn a few extra dollars and help save lives. The Employee Here ARE WONDERFUL AND kind

My husband has trouble reading and understanding things. I was trying to help him and they told me I couldn't talk to him or help him and if he couldn't read he didn't need to be at the computer that is a disability and discrimination

Wow. What an awesome facility. The staff was great and made me feel welcome. I have donated multiple times and have never had any issues. The compensation was $50 for each of the first 5 visits. Definitely a win win situation.

The people who work at this location are extremely: rude,unfriendly, dishonest, and outright unprofessional. I was treated horribly during my visit to the facility. They acted like it was a bother to work with me.I honestly felt discriminated against because of my slight disability. I would love to donate my very healthy plasma (confirmed by my doctor), but have such a sour taste in my mouth.

Rude staff who clearly hate their jobs on top of poor customer service, you have to jump through hoops to donate to what they say saves lives, almost discouraging people from being donor's.
