It employs a flat organizational structure that keeps everyone within the company in close contact with customers and other stakeholders in the asphalt industry. It supplies asphalt and roofing emulsions, trackless tack, pugmill and tack buckets. It also supplies crumb rubber and polymer modified asphalt cements, sealcoats and cold-applied asphaltic specialty coatings. Its products are used in various applications, such as public roadways, retail parking lots and speedways.
