Do not carry anything to be worked on by the geeksqad!!!!!!!! I carried my macbook there to have a hard drive put in, paid over $300 for drive and 1 yr support, they call me and say we are not allowed open up a Mac and work on them,(which is what i wanted and was told yes they will) but we ran a diagnostics on it for you but i didnt want that, i wanted a HD installed, ok we will refund you the money you paid minus $100 for diagnostic test. WHAT!!! I wanted a HD installed, why didnt you call me first and say you cant do what i ask before spending my money without consent????? After a long discussion with the mngr, he refused to take that $100 dollars off my bill even after i said i will not be back, apparently best buy does not want to keep loyal customers over a $100 service of plugging into a port and reading a screen. Its not like there was merchandise involved. Makes me sick that i have spent so much money with them in the past!

Don't buy anything from Best Buy. The service after the sale is horrible. We had to haul our big TV in for repair and then they denied repairing it. We waited in line for a very long time. We told them to keep their piece of junk TV.

Best Buy charged me twice for a purchase. $205.00 times 2=$410.00. The store manager said that Best Buy was not responsible for that and it would be 7-10 days before it could be credited back. Funny...how it was immediately drawn out. He also stated he was not responsible for any service charges associated with this transaction. Side note: I was also threatened to be arrested if I set foot on property......GREAT CUSTOMER RELATIONS...last dollar Best Buy will ever get from my family. LOL..I don't guess its a crime if they still from you!!!!!!!!
