This park has so much potential. Unfortunately the manager while I was there either didn't care or was not given the needed resources to fix up the park. Baywood is right in the backyard of one grocery store and right around the corner from another one along with a national store. It is close to lots of things to do and shopping. I was there for 5 months and made some long lasting friends. The campers had Friday and Saturday cookouts. This was my first time "camping" but I know people that have owned campgrounds and I found so many nice people to talk to daily. I am hearing that the manager while I was there has gone and there is a new manager. Hopefully this manager can bring this park to it's full potential without raising rents. This park was almost 100% full the entire time I was there. And most of the "campers" were full time campers from all over. In looking at other parks in the area this was the only park that was almost full all winter long. It just needs some TLC to make it what it could be.



I hope to be back there this fall.
