      Wants money without sending contract

      It took Mountain2Beach 4 days to figure out how to attach a contract to an email. They only attached one. When they received it back said I should have sent 2 since we were renting both sides of a house. I got 2 printed and faxed. Then they said they were not going to rent to us because they didn’t receive money in 4 days. Money without a contract? Really!? Next was a rude email from Joe. I knew we should have stuck with one of the reputable 3 in town. We are now with one of them and VERY happy! Have also contacted the BBB.
