Choose Life Inc. (CLI) is a christian centered, non-profit organization that is based in Gulfshores, AL. Created in 2017, CLI offers abstinence education, resources for mothers and fathers and temporary housing for pregnant women facing an unintended pregnancy. Our goal is to educate the public on abstinence, as well as improve and empower the community. Ultimately decreasing the number of unintended pregnancies and abortions in Baldwin, Mobile and surrounding counties. Our abstinence programs service youth and adults. Our abortion recovery resources are for men and women. While our housing is for homeless, pregnant women who are being persecuted for choosing to keep their child. Baldwin, Mobile, Santa Rosa and Escambia counties reportedly average 100 abortions per week. Choose Life Inc. is one of only two organizations in Baldwin and surrounding counties that offers support or shelter to adult pregnant women in need. Providing resources, support and life skills training to our beautiful ladies during their stay in our home as well as help with securing employment and housing as they leave. Choose Life Inc. is overseen by a volunteer board of directors who share a passion to save and improve the lives of our clients. Our abstinence education program is facilitated by licensed ministers who have completed abstinence classes themselves. The pregnancy home will be staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our staff will include an Executive Director, Program Manager, Administrative Assistant and housekeeper.
