Today I placed an order in the drive-through. The hostess gave me the wrong drink. She ended up giving me sweet tea instead of unsweet tea. When I told her she made a mistake she would not take back the sweet tea she gave me. I explained that I did not have room in the car for the two drinks. I asked her if there was somewhere I could throw it away or have a bag to put it in. She only replied, I cannot take the drink back. Panera bread if you want to improve customer satisfaction when you make a mistake on an order please make it right. It shouldn't be the customer's responsibility to trash the drink you messed up. You may want to think about getting a trashcan for the drive up windowif you cannot take back drinks through your drive up window. That way, if your staff makes a mistake on an order they have somewhere to put the drink. I will not be back to this establishment. Panera bread has horrible customer service.

Great new addiction to guld breeze. Beautiful place. Yummy food. I like it and will go back soon.
