DB Stuart Associates provides consulting services for distributed control systems which include process design, instrumentation, hardware design, software design, coding/configuration, system simulation, system documentation, project checkout, and startup operations. I have been involved in this design process over the past 32 years.Specifically, I have been involved with Emerson Process Management ( Fisher-Rosemount Systems ) since 1976, implementing DC2, PRoVOX, and now DeltaV line of products.In addition, I have implemented other control systems including integrated manufacturing systems and factory automation systems which utilize PLCs, embedded processors, microcomputers, PCs, and minicomputers. As a hardware design engineer, I have performed hardware design of analog and digital systems and logic design and testing of integrated chips.
