      Roses for Autism is a non-profit social enterprise whose mission is to foster meaningful employment for individuals with autism. We are an inclusive dynamic business that employs individuals with autism and provides career training and mentorship to transitioning students. We partner with businesses large and small to affect change and create lasting impact. To support our mission, we grow and sell a variety of fresh cut roses and other flowers within historic greenhouses in Guilford, CT. Autism Spectrum Differences are diagnosed in 1 in 68 children in the U.S. Once these individuals reach adulthood, the unemployment and underemployment rate is nearly 90%. Proceeds from flower sales fund scholarships and programs for career training to families who cannot afford these essential services.
