A.W. Cox Elementary School provides classes in math, music, English, art, computer technology and reading. The school also conducts classes in speech therapy, special education and language arts. A. W. Cox Elementary School serves students in prekindergarten through grade four. The school employs a librarian and media specialist, as well as maintains a computer laboratory equipped with advanced technology and software. It operates a physical education program that includes basketball, football, soccer, gymnastics, volleyball, bowling and cross-country. The school also conducts a library media instructional program to prepare students to become independent, competent and effective users of information. A. W.
