My sister lives in the other building, but wont be for long. This place is a joke, from the pisspoor maintenance staff to the building shifting and falling apart. The crack in the poured concrete ceilings progressed into a gaping three inch slot throughout my whole apartment. The bathroom is filled with black mold that they just paint over when you ask them about the issue. The "central air" units don't work in both my sister's and my apartment and we were both forced to buy stand-up A/C units in the summer and heaters in the winter. The windows are single pane and do not insulate it well. The whole building is filled with mold and is constantly having plumbing/major flooding issues. The moisture gets so bad the paint on the wall literally runs

The car garage hasn't been usable for over a year and they seem to have no intention on fixing their issues. the scary part... THEY ARE FALLING APART AND LOCATED ON THE BASEMENT LEVEL OF THE BUILDING!!! the rest of the building is shifting too

If youre a non-smoker beware. If the person living under you smokes the smoke comes up through the walls and into your apartment. If something as simple as a light breaks, it takes weeks and/or a month for it to get fixed. All the windows in both buildings leak and cause black mold to grow. The only thing they will do is mud it and paint over it, then a few weeks later the mold is back. In the winter, the snow removal is poor. They never plow or clear walkways before 8am, so if you go to work early your on your own here. Then the plowing they do is terrible. Where cars were when they plow takes days to get cleared. Some of the entrances don't even get cleared at all. Then if you complain about something your labeled a "complainer" and given a bad attitude, when nothing is even done about your complaint. The management and employees of Morgan Management (the owners) have made it clear that it is more important to rent apt. then take care of the tenants they already have.
